The house

Atiq Ace is the free home from Atiqsoft. One signup unlocks IQ Flow (speak into any app) and Atiq Pocket (keep the meeting) on the devices Ace supports: Windows, Android, Chrome, and iPhone in the browser.

What we collect

• Account. Email and name so you can sign in once and use both crafts.
• Voice, when you choose. Flow listens only while you hold to speak. Pocket listens only while you record a meeting or a file you add.
• Notes you keep. Minutes, transcripts, and tasks you save in Pocket stay with your Ace so you can send them.
• Device basics. Enough to run the app and keep the house safe (for example, that you are on Android or Windows).

Android IQ Flow

• Keep your normal keyboard. Flow is a floating microphone, not a replacement for Gboard.
• Microphone audio is used only while you hold the mic.
• Accessibility is used only to type the words you just spoke into the text box that is focused. Flow does not read your chats for ads.
• Draw-over-apps is used only so the mic can sit on WhatsApp or any other app.

Atiq Pocket

• A meeting recording is stored so both voices can become minutes.
• You decide what to send, and to whom.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your speech, mail, or minutes.
• We do not run ads against your Ace.
• We do not use your voice to train a public model unless you later opt in in writing in the product.

Where it lives

Ace runs on Atiqsoft servers. Mail goes through your mail when you send. Traffic uses HTTPS.

Your choices

• You can use the hall without installing anything.
• You can turn off Accessibility, the floating mic, or Pocket recording at any time in Android settings or in the craft.
• To close an Ace or ask for deletion, write to Atiqsoft from the email on the account, via atiqace.atiqsoft.com.

Children

Ace is not directed at children under 13.
